- Started my career as a barista in 2008 at Starbucks Coffee Indonesia, entitled as runner up Coffee Ambassador in 2008.
- Started my small consulting business in 2012 until now (2016), focusing on food & beverage industry and retail.
- Experienced on opening market, set up new business, researching, menu developing, staff training, re-build current business
- We also start to produce local barista tools and ceramic cups since 2015

    Hi Louise,
    I never use Behmor, but I think airflow and cheff collector is very important so I know Gene is work very well in this part , that's why I suggest Gene cafe'

    Merdeka Coffee now has three, as well as the offshore business. All local cafes in South Jakarta. You can try Antipodean for a more Kiwi/Australian approach to coffee or the new one at BIS. Both have a few pictures on my page.
