    i'm glad you liked my latest video, yeh im self trained. everything i do has come from reading books watching video's and basically trying and experimenting with coffee and what i can do with it, as for technique, i dunno what i do, i guess i you have just gotta have a good understanding of how the milk will move with the coffee, cause certain lifts of the milk jug and turns, and tip forwards have to made at the right time for some of the designs i do to work. and look at things with a coffee eye, i find myself looking at things and put them back together in rosetta's and hearts and blobs, and practice like crazy, if you look at my earlier video's you will see how far i've came since my first one. anyway i gotta go to bed cause it's late as here in australia and i gotta get up early for work, i hope you got something useful from my rambling any way
