Hi Mitch. Wanted to thank you for your comment and offer to help. Right now I'm thinking about a stationary cart in a hospital or office building. The mobile event cart sounds like fun, but I worry about things like not having enough gigs at the beginning and lots of product spoiling. How did you deal with that? Also, I imagine for a mobile cart you would have to have some kind of retrofitted van or something to transport it. Did you make or buy your cart? How do you deal with transporting it? I want to do this and get away from a desk job for good - I just have to overcome my indecision and also start believing that I can actually make it work. If you can recommend any resources on cart operations, it would help. I've looked but haven't run across any so far. Thanks again...really appreciate your insight :)

    Mitch,

Cead Mille Failte! A hundred thousand welcomes!
    Come on down.
If coming down I-24 take the Manchester exit that says Tullahoma toward Jack Daniel's on 55.
The first signal light in Tullahoma is Anderson. Turn right we are on the right just past the next light (Lincoln Street) across from MAPCO gas station.
We are just before Piggies BBQ (look for the big pig).
    I drive a Black Yukon.

Hey Mitch, quick question for ya. What kind of license is typically required from the health dept. for just a simple coffee stand at outdoor events. (not a full concession vehicle). Hope all's well...imagine you're pretty busy right about now!
