What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Will do for sure. I might make it up there for the AFC championship game January 2010 at Invesco! Which single origin Indonesian Cacao do you work with? I do not know anything about chocolate (apart from the fact it tastes good!), but a French guy has been talking to me about chocolate being grown in different parts of Indo. Like coffee the origin obviously plays a big part in the finished article.
For sure I hear that Sulawesi, parts of Java, Flores and parts of Indonesian Papua have excellent Cacao... I am 1000% no expert in Chocolate. I know I love it...I love it I know! Thats about my skill set level!
