If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
About Me:
I've been for the Same Coffee Shop Here in the Springs for the past 5yrs.
If I can't remember you name I will for sure remember your drink and your smilin' face. Otherwise my short term memory is like that of a Gold Fish, "Each time around the tank is a new experience"
About My Company:
Pikes Perk Downtown is in the heart of Colorado Springs, and has a great View of Pikes Peak when taking out the Trash. As well As being one of the coolest old buildings in the downtown.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Ah..makes sense! I had a Summit County pass and skiied Breckenridge pretty often when I was there. We were over on the opposite ridge at Keystone. Nice skiing all over...really enjoyed my time there. What makes a cafe great? I think its an equal mix of owner passion, great coffee, a nice theme and staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Location also helps! Feeling a bit nostalgic about Colorado and would love to go back for a visit.
Gidday John. I am liking some of the Indonesian Papua and Papua New Guninea Arabicas. Many of these (at least the Indo Papuns) originally came fro Blue Mountain root stock varietals. Not sure where you could get them on line- although I think a small importer of ours may have some stock (Koralee Coffee in Richmond, VA). How are you shapping up for the NFL season? The final pre season was better eh?
You know what? I would love for nothing more more than have Merdeka Coffee represented in CO. It would be a dream considering by swings and round-abouts my time in CO in some ways lead me to where I am today! Let me look at the logistics involved... OK to football... I too think we will have a much better season that many of the doomsayers are predicting. the D in game 4 was solid. We have some great receiving talent and our running backs are also solid. Lets see...
