If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work the bar and head up wholesales and barista training at Metropolis Coffee in Denver.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Going back to Milan for a futbol game would be nice, but I think going to origin would have to be the first, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Guatemala anywhere really would be great. Oh and Dubai or Moscow would be interesting.
About Me:
I love my liquids, coffee, beer, wine, and getting into scotch a little bit. Would like to be more of a foodie, so if you have any good easy recipes or amazing restaurants to get me going, that would be much appreciated. Soccer is pretty big, FORZA MILAN! and I suppose I dabble in art a bit, mainly posters.
About My Company:
Metropolis Coffee has been in Denver for the last seven years where killer espresso and single origin offering is the name of the game. We are also a Verso wine tasting room, wine strait from the Palisades in Grand Junction, Colorado.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people and what happens when we all get together.
Hey Miguel, it goes well, how about yourself? Sorry I wont be at the MRBC this weekend. I was layed off from MBG back in August and now I'm cooking at a restaurant on top of Vail Mtn and snowboarding everyday. Have fun there and tell all my peeps I say hi! Hey if you ever want to ride let me know, I got a place up here in Vail and I can get all sorts of discounts on the Mtn.
Hey Miguel! Thanks for adding me. I really like what you had to say from the competitions, and it really proves itself to be well worth the trip when "we all get together".
