If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Mad skills at Latter Art ;p. And I'm pretty good at going two to one against other baristas on espresso shots. AKA, great entertainment for customers and the third onlooking barista.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
North is more fun than south. Midland, East Coast, West Coast is all good. Any non-US country would be wonderful fun.
About Me:
Eighteen years old and at The Ohio State University. Majoring in Chemical Engineering, while minoring in parties of course. My coffee of choice at the moment is Kenya AA. As far as roasts go, I'm not concerned. Give me a good cup not Indonesian dry processed mud, and I'm totally happy.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Interacting with the fun customers. The '120 seconds' rule.
you should try luck bros in grandview heights. on first street. i just went by today and they have well roasted coffee. i had the panama on drip (good) and koffee klatch on espresso. pretty good, and they are actually serious about it.
