Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: We have just completed our first year in the business. My wife and I have learned a lot and are still learning. We serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday. We are nestled in North East TN in the Appalachian Mountains.

About Me:: I am a husband and father of two. I enjoy serving others and interacting with our customers each day. We have a small coffee bar inside our coffeehouse were customers gather each morning. We have been described as a local pub, only without the alcohol.
About My Company:: The Coffeehouse began four years ago by another local. My wife and I took over in January of 2008.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: Our customers & sense of community in the coffeehouse.
