Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: Ah the Trihouse. It's a coffee shop/video store. So we get both coffee geeks and movie nerds. We use Batdorf and Bronson so no one in town can touch us as far as quality. My skills are around average for a first year barista I'm sure. Though around here, that makes me the 2nd best in town.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: That even though you can learn the basics in a day, it can take years to master. It's like the opposite of cooking.
