About Me:
I'm a wee bit obsessed with coffee. I spent a year traveling to coffee farms, learning all the stages of coffee production. I started in Costa Rica, then went to Hawai'i and ended my whirlwind amazing year in Puerto Rico. I started a channel on YouTube to share my knowledge with the world. I subsequently helped develop a small roasting company in SoCal, and am now looking for a new job, ideally in a new location!

    Thanks for the ad.  I wasn't born into coffee a vegan.  I am a health-influenced convert.  Either way, anything else is a whole lot stranger than most people give credit to.
