Stockfleth's has 6 shops in the Oslo area and one in Skien south of Oslo. We focus on espresso and black coffee, and are working with improving quality continuisly. We have about 70 baristas working part-time or full time, and some extras. We use a lot of resources on training.

    Hi Alex! I really really love it here. The things you told me about your experience here are so true. The people are so nice and relaxed. Everything is ten times better then I ever expected!! Not sure if I´ll ever go back to my country of ice..;)

    Nice to hear. I'm really enjoying myself these days. I'm back from Italy, so now there are no trips abroad for a while. Some cross country skiing contests with my friends, but they ar all not to far away from Oslo. I will run the Coffee in Good Spirits competition in the norwegian Championship in about three weeks, and in a month and a half, Michael, Bjørg and Ronnie are coming over to try out som skis in the mountains. I expect there will be more eating and drinking than skiing:) Enjoy your stay in Nicaragua. You should check out the west coast too if you get the chance. The culture there is something else...
