If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
no
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am a IASC Certified Barista, have attended the SCAA and Coffee Fest several times, love learning about coffee on a daily basis. Want to get in to roasting more. I have owned my busy little drive thru espresso shop in Wyoming for 8 years now. LOVE IT!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Guatemala, Italy, Peru, Ethiopia, Norway.
About Me:
Recently moved to Idaho, still run my coffee shop in Wyoming, and am currently looking for a new coffee business adventure here in the Treasure Valley! Love snowboarding, climbing, hiking, snowshoeing, making coffee!
About My Company:
Java Java Espresso is Wyoming's first drive thru espresso shop. It has always been family owned and proudly serving Illy Espresso and Snake River Roasting Co. Located on the way to Yellowstone National Park, we are busy with our local regulars as well as tourists all year long.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Being creative every day, forming relationships with customers and employees.
Hey, Kendra! I actually am living in Ohio now, going to grad school. I was home at Christmas and helped Robin taste some espresso for his competition so I know he is at least going. I the word I heard is that Coal Creek has a crew going, both as competitors and volunteers/judges. Pretty cool. I terribly miss coffee but am having fun making art! Good luck at competition! :)
