I am a barista and co-manager. I have worked in the coffee industry for about one year. My knowledge has grown by a huge margin since entering the coffee industry. I would like to compete in both the Latte Art and Barista competitions in the future.

My passion and an interest in the specialty coffee/tea industry has just gained momentum since entering the industry. Thanks Phil. We are based in West Java, not really that far out from Jakarta. Yes we do export out coffee...it still makes up a big part of the business although we also now have cafes and supply the growing demand for quality sepcialty coffee locally. I have not been up to Taiwan- maybe I could pop up and visit once you are settled there?
