  Hey Eve, how'd you go with council letting you use the exhuast for the roaster? I ask, because I have had many headaches from the EPA up here in Toowoomba, making it nearly impossible to roast coffee. My ex-boss has invested thou$and$ in smoke treatment equipment. Id be interested to know your set-up, got any pics? My cafe is just up the road from Dave G's. Might pop down when the shop is in full swing.
