Actually own Indonique Tea and Chai company that is seeking coffee roaster partners. We work closely with Mercy Corps and Feed the Children to fund programs in tea worker communities. A totally new business concept. We'd like to expand into coffee growing communities.

20 years as a micropaleontologist and about 10 in the tea industry. Would like to get into coffee.
About My Company:
Operated the Indonique Tea & Chai Cafe in New Orleans until being forced closed by Hurricane Katrina. Currently rebuilding in New England with our New Orleans experience in mind. We donate 10% of every sale, right off the top, to the communities where our teas are picked. We offer tea barista training and tea certification. Seeking distribution partners
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

    Thanks for the info and you weren't kidding. I went to 3 amazing places to eat and drink though...J. Gilbert's, Bin 228 and Fire Box. Hartford has that going for it.

    New Orleans is always great! Beignets...A+, coffee not so much.
