I'm working between three shops currently: Kaldi's in St. Louis, MO. on Holidays, Spruce Street Espresso in Philadelphia, PA. on weekends, and Ultimo Coffee in Philadelphia, PA. as soon as it opens.
About Me:
I've been working in the coffee industry for 5 years, have worked for two different companies, and am soon to be working with a third here in Philly. I competed in the 2008 Midwest Barista Competition for Kaldi's Coffee as the youngest competitor and plan to compete in the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Competition for Ultimo Coffee
About My Company:
Kaldi's is the largest micro-roaster of Fair Trade Certified coffee in the midwest. Spruce Street Espresso is one of the best cups of coffee you can get on the eastern seaboard and soon to be joined by Ultimo Coffee.
