I do coffee tastings with specialty coffees at Trabant Coffee & Chai in Seattle. I teach consumers where coffee comes from, and let people experience the fun of being able to tell the difference between several distinct growing regions, or just learning that coffee can taste different depending on where it's grown and how it's treated.
