Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I've worked for a total of around 1.5 years or so as a busboy-turned coffee slinger. I started out in a superautomatic hell running a Schaerer Ambiente and I've since upgraded to a Nuova Simonelli Aurelia. I definitely like the Aurelia much, much more. I have yet to work La Cimballi or La Marzocco machines, but they're on my To Do list. For now, I'm just enjoying time as a Freshman in college and developing my ability to really taste coffee.
