About Me:
Worked for Joe in New York for a year and change. Moved to Chicago to work for Intelligentsia. Spent some time in grad school for philosophy, and line cooking in some decently serious restaurants. I've been a trainer at a startup called Buzz, and consulted for a startup called Wormhole. Also, I've judged tech at GLRBC.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
