In the time spent behind the bar, I have been a manager/barista/coffee enthusiast/trainer and I have loved almost every single moment of it. I work in a people first/great coffee second shop and it suits the needs of the community and me. Metropolis and Alterra coffee I have come to know quite well and dig just hearing the ideas of others.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Brazil, Argentina, and Peru are on the top of the list. Ethiopia and Kenya follow close on that list.
