I'm interested in educating coffee consumers on the complexity of the industry. Convincing people that coffee isn't just a conveyance of caffeine is my life's goal. I came to coffee after earning a degree in cultural anthropology, which to me is the best marriage of academia and passion, not to sound like a zealot. I have the most phenomenal domestic partner who is not only my coffee mentor, but an amazing guy, too. Also, we have a cat named Crema.
