Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My shop is just opening, and my baristas are still in training, so it will be a while before I'd be ready for an exchange. As far as my personal skills, I'm adept at latte art, and I consider myself to be a good barista.

About My Company:
My shop is a chocolate and coffee shop, selling imported Swiss chocolates. We have a walk-up window and an outdoor cafe located in downtown Austin. Opening in January 2009.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I'm a long-time coffee fanatic. I love the fact that the job allows room for constant improvement (I like to be challenged), and that it allows for personal expression. I was a bartender in a former life, and I also like the social aspect of serving delicious drinks to happy customers.
