I was a barista for 3 years in Austin, worked at two different shops there, the last one was Caffe Medici, then started Roasting with Cuvee Coffee Roasting Company in Spring Texas. I am a regional and USBC competitor. 2nd place in 2007 SCRBC and 1St in 2008 SCRBC
