The Roasterie began in the basement of Danny O'Neill's Brookside home in Nov. 1993. What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

how strange it is. as long as i can remove myself it is the most humorous industry full of insecurities, extreme bias and false masculinity. Other than that I like the coffee part.
