About Me:
I'm Holly and I'm a barista and trainer. I've been working for PT's Coffee Roasting Co since 2000 and been around the SCAA since 2002. My first competition was in Anaheim and I got to witness the "boot-girl" incident...My non-coffee interests include writing, music (I started as a violist...otherwise known as an 'orch dork' and know play back up bass to Robin Seitz in Guitar Hero), fiction reading, Strong Bad, 24, wine, and video games. There's much more, but these 'about me' boxes always catch me off guard....
