About Me:
Every time I feel like I know a lot about coffee I am proven wrong. I love cupping and finding flavors that you would never expect to find in coffee. I was using a siphon in my apartment one time and someone thought I had a meth lab...it was a good conversation starter.

Empire State South is the first restaurant of its kind in Atlanta.
