About Me:
A little about myself. I have been in the coffee world for about 5 years now. Time really flies when You are having fun right. I started out as a Barista in my hometown in the middle of Jutland, Denmark. I was lucky to work with people who also liked coffee more than usual... When I moved to Copenhagen I was in no doubt that I wanted to work with coffee. Lucky for me they were looking for new baristas at the Estate Coffee bar. This was where I met Klaus for the first time. I was really impressed with the quality of the coffee he was serving. And I knew I had to have the job. Guess what... I got it! Here I met the other Collective dudes. After I had worked at the Estate Coffee bar for only half a year, I was asked if I could be interestet in working with sales for Estate. Offcause I was. Here I worked as a Barista trainer and Coffee consultant. At the same time I made my apperance on the Danish National Barista team. good times. So now here we are with our new Coffee Collective. Life has never been sweeter. Oh yea' i actually won the World Cup Tasting Championship 2008. Pretty crazy...!
