Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I've been in love with coffee from the very first bean. At the moment, I'm working in a chocolate cafe as part of an awesome team of 3 champion baristas. I've tested out competitions with reasonably satisfying results but lately have been lucky enough to do some sensory and technical judging at 2 different comps. Very recently I've been working with a local roaster and have become rather interested in that side of the beans.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I'm quite open minded about countries to visit but I'll be spending a lot of time in Europe and Eastern Europe for the next few years.

About Me:

I'm very much in love with the magical coffee which has taken up most of my time in the past few years. I'm coming to Copenhagen for the WBC; that will be the start to a major caffeine high all over the world.
