Own Coffee Eiland coffee roastery in Dallas. Train our clients to produce quality espresso and milk. We have been pushing the envelop for 11 years in Dallas and finally starting to see life in the Dallas market. It is a welcome change.

Live in Dallas and been roasting 7 years. Parents owned a coffee shop in late 80's through early 90's. Started buying whole bean coffee back in the mid 80's in high school. Didn't see me being in the coffee business back then but glad it found me. Have wife and a daughter.
About My Company:
Own coffee roastery in Dallas, TX. Roast on a 1969 Probat UG-22. Strive to find coffees each year that are socially responsible and unique. Use Fetco extractor, press, and Chemex. Own 3 goup La Marzocco Linea Hybrid we did ourselves. Love coffee. Just love it

The people. Everybody is so laid back and nice. Love helping people.
