Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My wicked barista habit supported me through a B.A. in post-colonial island literature. A growing interest from barista to roasting to greens buying. I want to blow open public education of coffee trade... one step at a time, of course.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Ultimately, I want a fellowship to study the history of inter island coffee trade between pacific islands. In the meantime, however, I will settle for the Kauai, Martinique, SF, Montana, Wisco and Minneapolis.
