Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Scranton is no major metropolis. The espresso bar I work in is called Northern Light. The majority of our coffee comes from a roaster in Ithaca, NY called Gimme Coffee. We also use coffee from Cafe Kubal out of Syracuse. Both roast an excellent coffee and have the standards for quality everyone is looking for these days. Our espresso is a blend of Central and South American coffee which makes a fairly mild and nutty shot. We try to keep things simple, natural and traditional. We try our best to keep things authentic, traditional and simple.

Germany, Austria, Sweden, England, France, Italy, Czechoslovakia, and India, China, and Japan

About Me:

I love coffee. I love making something that tastes amazing and is a piece of art at the same time. I have an extreme urge to visit every place on earth and to learn as much as I can while doing it.
