About Me:
I'm a roaster, barista, and coffee geek to the bone who couldn't get coffee out of my life! I actually taught high school Spanish for years after college but always was drawn back to coffee. So, I started Noble Coffee Roasting. I know a lot about coffee but I know that I have a lot more to learn... On another note, I'm married to my beautiful wife Carolyn and we have two kids named Adrian (age 4) and Julian (age 2).

Noble Coffee Roasting is an artisan micro-roaster of fine, organic and fairly traded coffees. We have both a retail and wholesale business and for both we offer the finest in equipment, including such names as Technivorm, Baratza, Bodum, La Marzocco, Rio, etc.
