About Me:
I recently moved to San Francisco and fell into Four Barrel Coffee. I've been really lucky and I have a lot of wonderful people to be thankful for. Coffee production is a subtractive process - we can only preserve intrinsic quality. I can only be as good as my coffee, as good as my predecessors in the bean chain. It's terrifying, bewildering, humbling, exhilarating, inspiring to be the end of the line as a barista.
