PTs Coffee Roasting Co. as a fully equipped training facility and full-time trainer with two part-time trainers on staff. We've placed two in the top three of seven straight midwest regional barista competitions and taken first place 4 (whoops - make that 5) times. More importantly, we are still looking to improve.

We have a 15-year history of developing well-trained, passionate baristas and roasting great coffee to produce excellent espresso, two very important components of a great coffee house. We source our coffees in the country of origin and work directly with farmers to improve their lives. We visit them yearly, often times taking customers with us to origin, and pay extraordinary prices for extraordinary coffees. We partner with producers that do an outstanding job. We don't just buy coffee from them, we work with them, it's a team effort - from the seed to the cup!
