I am particularly skilled in latte art and time efficiency on bar; avid about efficiency, gentle customer education, dosing,and palette development; especially interested in herbal remedies via simple syrups, butters, etc.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The culture! From the colleagues to the customers, I love how coffee houses bring people together and get them talking! We have an infinite amount to learn from each other!
