Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Around 2004 I started hanging out at Revelations Coffee House in Seymour, Indiana. From there I became a home roaster. I've roasted coffees from all over in a modified hot-air popcorn popper. I've worked at Cincinnati's Coffee Emporium. That is where I received marvellous barista training.

I enjoy sailing, antiquing, acoustic music, and pipe smoking. Some say I'd make a good old man; I call it classic. I am a student preparing for the priesthood.
