About Me:
I am a 22 year-old coffee enthusiast. I used to think that coffee was over-rated, nasty hot brown goo. This was my impression when I took my first sip of coffee when I was about 10, tasting the last bit of my father's cold, burned (may have been instant) Folgers with non-dairy Irish creamer. I've really turned around since then, and now do my own roasting, brewing, and cupping.
