Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work part-time at RevoCup coffee in Overland Park, KS. Like many other Baristas, I enjoy cupping and tasting as many coffees as I can, while still figuring out new techniques and styles of preparation. I don't really compete or anything, I just like coffee and all the enthusiasm behind it really. I'm a fan of syphons, single origin beans and shit like that, but nothing beats a good espresso blend.
