Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have competed in 3 Central Regional and 1 National Canadian Barista Championship, placing high in all 4. I have been certified as a judge, and have judged in 3 regional competitions, as well as 1 National. I have recently opened a vagan cafe/espresso bar in downtown Kitchener, and am slowly but surely converting my regulars to single origin brews and fantastic espresso!

Any and all with repect to language barriers.
