i am a self trained barista, i have taught myself the art of coffee from reading books watching videos and through trail and experimentation
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
i would love to travel to italy to experience coffee from those who have to train for many years before they are allowed to call themselves barista's, i would also love to travel canada, cause i have heard of some great cafes over there

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
that there is alway something new to learn, and that it never becomes dull or boring because you can always find ways new ways to make it fun or exciting
