I've been a trained Barista now for more years than I care to remember. I started very young, when i was around 15. Since then I have worked for some of the UK's biggest brands training staff at every level.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The people! You can be in London, NY, Montreal, Sydney or Manila but everyone that loves being a barista has always got the same attitude the same smile & always the desire to prepare better coffee for others
