Worked at sbux...back when they had La Marzoccos...had a while with automatic machines... Managed a store in Chicago that used Intelligentsia... took their lab...got excited about coffee again...back in NC ...just finished Counter Culture's espresso lab...jacked up on caffeine and thrilled to be using the best coffee around!
