New owner of The Library Coffeehouse. Completed the ABC 5 day course. Completed a one day training with Intelligentsia. Took 3.5 day roasting class by Ambex in Clearwater.

Recently purchased The Library Coffeehouse in South Tampa. Looking to turn it into a place for folks to come have a true coffee experience.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The coffee! I love how it smells and tastes. A perfectly prepared cappuccino is my all time favorite drink. I also love talking to people about coffee and exchanging thoughts and ideas about it.
