    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I have been in the industry for about 6 years. I just moved to Boston, MA to work for a new coffee bar starting up downtown. I have been trained as a barista trainer and have done some consulting work as well as ran my own espresso bar catering service. I recently went to Antigua Guatemala and El Salvador to work with some coffee farmers for 5 weeks which was an eye opening experience. I love what I do and love to share my passion with anyone interested! Moving to Buffalo!!!

    The Thinking Cup Coffee Bar is a new independent shop that should be opening the middle of November 2010. They have a high focus on quality, using Stumptown Coffee from the Brooklyn roastery. They also have their own pastry chef on site creating incredible pastries and sandwiches. If you are ever in town, stop by the shop right across from Boston Common. New shop in Buffalo...
