Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I'm a barista at 'Spro Coffee in Towson, MD. I started here in June '09 and it was my first barista position. The shop is small but very homey and pleasant. We are located in a public library and people are very surprised to find such skilled baristas and delicious coffee in the place. I am trained in the french press, vac pot, pour over, cold brew tower, chemex, clever, brewing tea, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, cuppings, and I'm currently working on my latte art.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I want to travel the world, yes, all of it! However, if we want to get specific, I'd love to visit Nicaragua, Africa and Chicago to name a few. Random, yes but those are what popped into my mind.

About Me:

I'm a 21 year old theatre major who has a love for coffee, music, and art. I'm a big ball of optimistic and crazy energy packed into a tiny girl. I love meeting new people. Chit chatting over coffee, tea or beer is always a good time. I'm always up for learning new things.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Everyone seems to know everyone and they all want to help better each other. It just seems like one big family that I'm excited to be a part of.
