Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at a coffee shop in Portland, OR called Backspace. We're a huge warehouse space multi-purpose geek fest. We have computers, lan gaming, all ages shows, gallery space and beer food and coffee. We're serving Stumptown Hairbender espresso and rotate through their seasonal varietals for our drip. I feel like talking about my skills is a little important and a lot tacky. But I do love to pull perfect shots. I like to get my hands dirty dosing, and keep my space clean. I like to find the perfect 1.5oz shot and breathe the coffee grounds in all day. I like the way perfect foam feels like a wet, hot cloud and pours like velvet. I like to geek out about everything I do and coffee is something I love to do.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
any. no. seriously, I want to go everywhere.
