Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

The shop that I started has undergone a few changes, including ownership and name change, however, it remains, in essence, the same. It is a not-for-profit shop, donating 100% of its profit to 3 charity organizations serving the community in Benin, Africa, to stop child trafficking, a coffee farm and community in Guatemala, and a local organization feeding the homeless.
