Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I worked at starbucks in the beginning for a year and half, which really got me started. I had an avid interest in coffee, initially from the smell and then really began appreciating the drink. I left, to help open and manage a minimalist, fair trade, organic, coffee house (Calvin's coffeehouse) for students and Faculty at Florida State University, and am currently ending my time there. I will be moving up to Atlanta for Seminary, and looking at possible shops who are looking for a barista with some strong knowledge but is always interested in expanding his skills.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I will be living in atlanta starting this July ('09), and would love to travel anywhere in the US and Canada. I majored in French so would love to travel to any francophone country. I also minored in Italian so wouldn't mind any of that either.
