Brothers K Coffee up in Evanston, IL introduced me to great coffee and really gave me a passion for the industry. I am now working at Metropolis Coffee, and am really enjoying my time there! I am all about learning more about coffee, equipment, and business plans.
If you have wisdom and knowledge, pass it on baby, cuz I am eager to learn! :D

I am from Green Bay, WI originally -- but I am a student at Northwestern University, near Chicago.
I love the Packers, and spend most of my time either working in a coffee shop, reading coffee blogs, or catching the latest Packers news!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The passion that is displayed by dedicated baristas all across the country. Passion that is recongized by customers, and leads to a special environment unique to coffeeshops!
