Just got back from Panama - visiting coffee farmers in Boquete and Volcan. Amazing experience. Want to go back and drink panamanian coffees all day....will work for my coffee.

Kohana Coffee is a micro roaster specializing in finding and roasting coffees good enough that we want to drink them, and then passing them forward to our consumers. Located in Austin, TX and selling around the country - we see the specialty coffee industry as fascinating and look forward to every day full of new learnings about our craft. We seek to turn as many people as possible on to really good coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Finding great new coffees, roasting to a gem like quality while learning more and more about the heart of that coffee.
